You may remember from Shanna’s maternity session that she and Paul opted to find out the gender of their baby when he or she arrived, and I think the wait had us all filled with excitement and anticipation. I received a simple email from Shanna a few weeks after their session — “Amelia is Here!” — and couldn’t wait to meet this sweet girl. Ten tiny fingers and ten tiny toes. Wide eyes and perfectly pouty lips. Amelia was days old. And perfect. After spending the morning with them, it is fair to say that Shanna and Paul are blessed indeed, and I know they feel it every single time they look at their precious Amelia.

How adorable is she? 
Since Amelia was born very close to Easter, I brought over a few baskets to see what we could come up with. A baby sleeping peacefully in a basket never looked cuter — wouldn’t you agree?
