Tis the season for holiday photos and I have been a busy little bee, shooting and editing photos for my clients for the holidays. It’s one of the craziest, but enjoyable times of the year for me because I get to work with lots and lots of wonderful clients in a short amount of time…and I get to laugh with them about wearing winter clothes in the dead heat that is typical for Houston in the ‘fall’ 🙂 Leah and Kade definitely rocked their winter wear like champs {epecially Leah with that awesome sweater}, which I think gave these images a really cool feel. It  reminded me of the golden wheat fields somewhere out in the midwest; definitely different than what you would get in southeast Texas this time of year! One thing about shooting this time of year, I promise my clients w that I won’t post a huge number of photos from their session. That way, Christmas card images or images to be used for gifts will be a surprise 🙂 So here are a few faves from my session with this lovely couple:

Told ya — wheat fields in Iowa, people!!! The light that evening was simply amazing. Bright, and a little hot, but really great to shoot in 🙂
