There is nothing I enjoy more than when couples pick a spot for their engagement photos that is special to them. It makes the photos so personal and always seems to make the couples relax a good bit and enjoy the experience. Their love just pours on out, which is pretty great for me and my camera 🙂 Tiffany and Jay had such a lovely session because of that; they knew from the start that they wanted to shoot out at Tiffany’s family property, so I followed them out there on a Friday afternoon and was floored at just how beautiful it was. Rolling fields, big oak trees — I died. We were able to capture so many great shots of this sweet couple all over the property, and after seeing them fit so perfectly together, I am counting the days until their spring wedding next year. It is sure to be one special, love-filled event!
Oh oak trees…
The one on the left…wowza, guys! Love it!
A quick outfit change then it was out to the pasture for us. The winds were pretty intense out there but thankfully they came with the most beautiful cloudy skies…
Tiffany + Jay — thank you for inviting me out to the beautiful Moulton, TX and totally working it for my camera. Also, {and perhaps more importantly} a big thank you to you and your family for feeding me Joel’s BBQ before I hit the road 😉 You know how to make a preggo girl feel welcome {and not want to leave}! It was a pleasure getting to capture these images for you and I cannot wait for your big day to get here. I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek!
