When it comes to shooting, I am a sucker for beautiful evening light, a lovely couple, and a big, happy dog 🙂  Nicole and Daniel wanted to do a session to capture photos of them with their black German Shepherd, Drake — because we all know how hard it is to get a good photo with our rambunctious pups! I was more than happy to oblige (I love a good dog-photo challenge!), so we headed to a secluded, fenced area where Drake could let loose and we could all have a little fun. It was a perfect evening, after weeks and weeks of dreary, cold, rainy weather, and I felt like I was coming out of hibernation when I headed out to shoot this session. The images make me smile and I hope they bring a little sunshine to all of you today, despite all of this yucky rain!
