Spring showers put a bit of a damper on our spring minis this year, forcing us to postpone for better weather, but not before I was able to capture these fun photos for the Griffin family! It started pouring right after we wrapped up their mini, and I am so glad the rain decided to wait because the Griffins did an amazing job! We shot the spring minis in Cypress this year and although the location is a new one for me, it has become one of my absolute favorites with all of the oak trees and open fields. Add to that a beautiful family with a precious little girl and you’ve got one happy photog 🙂 True to character, I couldn’t narrow down just a few favorites, so here is a big peek at my time with the Griffin family.

Brinley is such a little beauty — she made me work a bit for those smiles, but boy were they worth it!
Fun fact: Danielle and I went to Tech together! It was great getting to catch up a bit during their session, and think about how much has changed since the college days 🙂
I snapped this next one haphazardly as I was showing Brinley my camera, and although it isn’t tack sharp and perfectly in focus, I just couldn’t help but share it. That grin is too much!
This little rocking chair was Brinley’s momma’s chair when she was little — so sweet.
That face on the left kills me! She is the cutest!
